Kartina Abdul Ghani, BBA (Transport Management), UiTM,  Executive Diploma in Project Management, MIM,  Professional Diploma in Intellectual Property, MIM & Professional Diploma in In Internet Business and Social Media Strategies, OUM. She is the Founder & Lead Trainer for Apps Master Builder.

She is a certified HRDF Trainer since 2014. A licensee and Lead Trainer with IAW Pty Ltd from 2013 & 2014, a Lead Trainer with ar-Raudhah Training Centre from 2006 until 2012. Currently she trained mobile apprenuers who attends Mobile Apps Workshop thought out Malaysia under her own company Trailblazer Trading. She has trained more than 200 new mobile apprenuers since 2013. She herself has published more than 300 apps into Google Playstore and Apple ITunes Store.

Currently she is on a mission to assists the public to generate passive income via her 3 programs, which is Associate Marketing Program (AMP), Idea Partners Program (VIP) and creating apps via her Mobile Apps Workshop. Her focus for the general public is the AMP’s program as everybody from whatever background and knowledge would be able to easily partcipate in this program whihc is based from United States of America and was brought in to Asia by Kartina Abdul Ghani.

Prior to this, from 1994 until 2012, she works with Kauthar Sdn Bhd group of companies and was involves in Construction, Property Management and Tourism for the company projects in Tanjung Rhu, Langkawi and Kuang, Selangor. Here she was attached to the Project Department whereby under the department various projects are implemented around Malaysia. Main responsibility is to monitor and coordinate with different sets of project team. This includes of all various consultants including the Owners, Project Architect, Project Management, Civil & Structure Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Landscape Architects, Government Officials and various main contractors for the company’s project in Tanjung Rhu, Langkawi. The total project estimate is RM800 Million. The size of the land development is 1100 acres. The development is related to the Tourism Industry.

The last 6 years with the group, she did something totally different by setting up an agriculture company, ar-Raudhah Bio-tech Sdn Bhd which was later awarded as a Bio-Nexus Company in 2007 and was awarded a pioneer status company. Kartina has trained many new agriculture new entrepreneurs in the field of livestock breeding together with ar-Raudhah, the Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia and various government agencies like Risda, Felcra, Felda and private individuals.

She is one of the mothers that had to resigned and focus to her 5 children by end 2012 when her maid that went back Indonesia failed to come back and extend her contract as domestic helper. She decided to quit her full time job and focus to bring up his kids but being a person who has work and in the forefront in any business she has been involves, she decided to create mobile apps from home since Jan 2013 and eventually by April 2013, she starts conduct training for new apprenuers and was awarded a licensee to conduct and operate Mobile Apps Workshop in Malaysia in July 2013.

By July 2014, she decided to continue her training programs under her own company and she has never looked back since then. She focuses on creating and publishing her own mobile apps and conduct Workshops in Mobile Apps. She has her own training Centre in Desa Melawati, where she spends most of her time sharing & imparting apps creations with her students and fellow entrepreneurs.
